Eat Tasty Lemon Sauce With Any Snack





Today we are bringing lemon sauce recipes for you. Besides, lentils-rice or roti-vegetables are very tasty. This sauce can be kept in the freezer for a month. Then pay attention to recipes.



Lemon Sauce  Ingredients


- 500 gms of lemon

- 1 teaspoon stir

- Taste of salt accordingly

- 1 bowl of sugar

- 1 teaspoon hot masala

- 1 teaspoon Cayenne

- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 pinch hing


Lemon Sauce Making Process



--> First remove the seed in a cupboard and remove all lemon juice. The seeds should not be kept in lemon peels. After that, take small pieces of lemon bark. Solve lemon juice, so that it can get out of fibers and seeds.

--> Now put a pen on the gas to heat it. Then cover lemon juice and peel. Let's climb up to two to three minutes. Stuck in the middle.

-->  If lemon peel becomes soft then cool it. Then put it in paste and make paste. Remove this paste in a bowl.

--> Insert a hard wire on medium heat. Then add sugar to the lemon paste and mix it well. Slow down the gas. After the sugar dissolves, mix well, pinch hing, 1 spoon Cayenne, 1 spoon hot spices, salt to taste and stir. Then add half teaspoon ginger and mix again.

-->  Allow all things to climb and move in between. About 5 to 7 minutes. Once the sauce is found well then turn off the gas and mix half a teaspoon of hot spices in it. After the sauce gets cold, it can be kept in a jar and stored in the fridge.
